Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund policy:

AYURVEDA RESEARCH & CAREER ACADEMY (ARCA) do not encourage/promise refund of course fees/Publication fee once paid to avail that service either training, admission, publication or any service provided on behalf of ARCA. Any candidate or individuals himself/herself have to check the compatibility of any course/survives before getting enrolled or purchasing. The student/candidate/author himself /herself shall be solely responsible for course /schedule compatibility or otherwise.
Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
Payment done for the registration and/or online examination to any course and/or assignments of any subjects will not be refunded to any individual for any reason and under any circumstances.
www.ayurvedacareer.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods (Study materials, Online Tests, any assignments) by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of www.ayurvedacareer.com.
www.ayurvedacareer.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by ARCA’S AYURVEDA EXAM PORTAL a Portal for online services the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by emails or by SMS.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. www.ayurvedacareer.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
The User agrees to use the services provided by www.ayurvedacareer.com through their website www.ayurvedacareer.com for lawful purposes only.
No refund of Admission or registration for Practice and/or Model Test for any streams and/or subjects fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
No refund of Registration Fee/Publication fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. It is towards administrative expenses incurred by the company.
No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short-Term Online Courses like Crash Courses / Test Series Courses /Model Test Practice Test, Course/Online exam.
ARCA Management can withdraw/amend the refund policy at any time without any prior notice. This policy does not construe any guarantee to refund fees in any case at all.
To accept and process refund request of student is the discretion of the ARCA TEAM. ARCA Management can refuse to accept/process refund request of any student without any intimation/ explanation.
All Candidates/students/authors at the time of paying fee are expected to read the contents of the present refund policy and only upon proper satisfaction may proceed further. Once the present policy/ form has been read by the student, the said candidates will be bound by the contractual obligations and cannot claim refund on account of ignorance of law/rules/policies.
However, ARCA reserve all right to refund fees in the exceptional cases for example death of student, at its sole discretion.
